I LOVE summer! BUT with summer time comes bathing suits. With bathing suits come pools and beaches. With pool and beaches come actually wearing said bathing suit.
Crap.
This is even more frustrating for me personally, because the end of the summer last year, I reached my goal weight all thanks to Weight Watchers. Well, then I lost my job yet again at the beginning of the year. Money was incredibly tight. Tight money = 0.99 cent cheeseburgers and fries. Thus resulting in me gaining every pound of my weight back.
Well, I did it once I can do it again! Right? The only difference is last time I had a goal I was working very quickly towards.... my best friend was getting married. I had bought a dress two sizes to small. I HAD to loose the weight. I realize I need a push, a shove, a freakin toss off the cliff!
So, me and one of my best friends, Joni, decided to step it up a notch. Why not compete with each other? Now, if you know me, you know I am not a competitive person. But-- I need this! And if someone keeps pushing and challenging me, I will step up! That's when I hate to loose!
Here's the deal. September 15th is the first deadline. Whoever looses the most inches wins round one. Prize? The loser buys the winner a one hour massage. Mmmmm. I wanna win! Free massage! The rules are simple, no cheating- as in we have to eat.
Here I go. May the biggest loser win? Isn't that what they say on those TV shows? Anyway, I AM going to win.
I have known Cathy for a very long time- and I am super excited that she has met her future husband! I have watched her grow and blossom over the years and it was such an honor to take their engagement pictures- I truly feel like I am taking my little sister's pictures- that is how special these are to me. I love you Cathy, and I enjoyed meeting Andrew, and can't wait to take your wedding pictures!
